Inaccess completed the commissioning of Unity SCADA and PPC in a 204MWp solar power plant in northern Greece.
Consisting of 18 subfields, the plant covers an area of around 4,500 acres. It is one of the largest PV power plants in Europe using bifacial solar modules and is expected to deliver enough energy to power 75,000 homes and offset 300 Mtons of CO2 per year. For this complex project, Inaccess successfully delivered Unity Local and CloudSCADAplus a multi level PPCconsisting of a Dual Redundant Master and 18 Slaves.
The Unity platform implements a variety of services including a revenue-optimizing and auto-balancing combination of apparent and active power curtailment management across the subfields, as well as ancillary voltage support services, directly connected and interfaced to the local Energy Exchange.
