Deployment Services (Network Build)

Program/Project Management

We offer professional program/project management services with every Inaccess deployment and we aim at keeping deployment running smoothly on the operator’s premises – thus ensuring project success. The project starts with the assignment of a dedicated Program Manager.

Working side-by-side with the operator’s internal team, we will help the operator develop:

  • A detailed scope of work
  • A comprehensive project timeline

and all of the above within the pre-defined project budget.

 

A-to-╬ę Supervision

Following completion of initial project planning, the Program Manager will
ensure that the project runs smoothly every step of the way.

Typical services include:

  • Resource allocation and management
  • Subcontractor management
  • Risk mitigation / management
  • Project reporting at all milestones
  • Acceptance and project closure
 

Maintenance Services

You can rely on us. Our maintenance services’ portfolio includes next-business-day hardware replacement and 24h/d – 365d/y technical support all the way to on-site, on-demand engineering along with extended warranty provisions.

 

Spare Parts Management Service (SPMS)

With our global SPMS, an operator has access to a complete inventory of hardware that is ready to be shipped anywhere, within a typical next-business-day estimated time of arrival (ETA) period.
 

First Line Maintenance (FLM)

Our highly trained experts are available for dispatch on a 24x7x365 basis, within a typical next-business-day estimated time of arrival (ETA) period, across the world. Upon arrival on site, they can quickly remove a defective module and install its replacement or can facilitate fault isolation that may be difficult to perform remotely.

 

Warranty

Newly purchased hardware and software is automatically protected for an initial period from the date of product shipment / deployment (depending upon contract). Moreover, warranties can be renewed in yearly increments for an annual renewal fee.

Hardware warranty

The standard warranty on Inaccess RSC products includes:

  • Prompt hardware replacement and repairs
  • Comprehensive failure analysis on returned modules
  • Additional levels of coverage and warranty extensions (depending upon contract)

 

Software warranty

Standard warranty on the Inaccess RSC operating system and Inaccess CC management suite includes:

  • Software subscription privileges for maintenance releases
  • Additional levels of coverage and warranty extensions
  • Technical assistance center support during business hours

 

Software Subscription Plan Service (SSPS)

This annual service includes:

  • Access to all software enhancements and feature pack releases (including upgrades)
  • Inaccess software warranty coverage
  • 24h/d – 365d/y technical assistance center support
